How to maintain and repair industrial vacuum furnace?
Inspect the door seal ring for any damage, and if dirt is present, promptly clean the giant power transformer. It is recommended to apply vacuum grease to the seal ring and then wipe it with cotton soaked in alcohol. Verify that the furnace heating element, furnace bed, and molybdenum screen are intact; repair or replace any damaged components without delay. In case of contamination inside the furnace, use a vacuum cleaner connected to a Ningbo dust collector to remove dust. Clean the heating chamber reflector and heating element with a silk cloth moistened with alcohol. If the furnace walls are oily, first remove the oil using cotton soaked in gasoline, followed by wiping with cotton cloth dipped in alcohol.
At the end of each operation, the stove should be maintained under a specific vacuum level. Regularly check the mechanical pump oil level, and if it falls below the designated mark, add fresh oil up to the proper level. If the mechanical pump oil appears emulsified—showing signs such as a mixture of oil and water, increased viscosity, or a milky appearance—it should be replaced promptly. To do this, unscrew the mechanical pump oil hole pressure cap to drain the old oil, then replenish the pump by adding fresh oil through the refilling port.
Securely tighten the mechanical pump oil hole pressure cap after refilling, ensuring the oil added through the refueling hole reaches the marked level without overfilling. During this process, take care to avoid damaging the oil hole seal ring; replace it immediately if any damage occurs. At the end of each shift, clean the exterior of the furnace body using a cotton cloth to remove dust, oil from the mechanical pump, and residue from the diffusion pump.
