The bell-type sintering furnace is designed for cyclical high-temperature sintering operations and features a turret equipped with either a hydraulic scissor system or a screw lifting mechanism from Taiwan. It is suitable for sintering products such as zirconia ceramic ferrules, ceramic filters, and cellphone casings.

1. Temperature control system

Temperature is regulated by a PID intelligent control system with 30 programmable automatic heating processes. Operation is managed via a 7-inch Kunlun Winton touch screen that dynamically displays the heating curve. The built-in paperless recorder allows for easy access, inquiry, and storage of historical heating data, supporting the optimization of industrial processes.

2. Heat insulation system

The furnace uses high-quality silicon carbide rods as heating elements, offering long service life and easy replacement and maintenance. Its construction includes premium polycrystalline alumina fiber for effective thermal insulation. Featuring a double-shell, air-cooled design, the furnace has an attractive appearance and maintains a surface temperature that remains cool to the touch.

3. Car control system

The material car employs a double-car cycle for loading operations, featuring controlled track access. It uses a hydraulic lift for smooth entry into the heating furnace, and its bottom is equipped with a bearing plate design to facilitate convenient slag removal.

4. Intake exhaust system

The intake air valve regulates protective gas flow into the furnace, while exhaust gases are vented through the furnace’s top exhaust outlet. The roof exhaust valve is manually operated to control the exhaust rate, and an external float flow meter monitors the gas inlet.

5. Temperature measurement system

Temperature measurement is achieved using an S-type platinum-rhodium thermocouple with an armored connection, ensuring extended service life.

Working principle
