Applications

The tube gradient furnace is designed for the sintering of samples in different temperature zones. It is a very effective means of studying the reactions of substances that vary with temperature, and the user will be able to study the effect of firing temperature on the product. The multi-temperature zone tube gradient furnace uses a paperless recorder to record the operating parameters of each temperature zone online.

Features

1. Intelligent programmable temperature controller with precise control, can edit, store and call multi-segment program

2. Multi-temperature zone combined control, large temperature gradient, strong process compliance

3. Furnace shell structure, double-layer furnace shell air-cooled structure

4. Over-temperature protection function, automatic power off when the temperature exceeds the allowed setting value

5. Safety protection when the furnace body leakage automatic power off

6. LED high strength anti-destructive all stainless steel button, durable

7. K-type thermocouple, accurate temperature control

8. Heating element is U-type silicon molybdenum rod

Additional Options

Vacuum system (rotary vane mechanical pump, diffusion pump unit, molecular pump unit)

Atmosphere system (float flow meter, mass flow meter)

Monitoring system (temperature recorder, touch screen remote monitoring)
