Application

FJL series experimental well furnace integrated design, using heating elements ring heating, excellent temperature field uniformity, ceramic fiber furnace chamber, small heat storage, fast temperature rise.

Mainly used for heat treatment of metal materials, powder materials and other products of the sintering process under air or other atmospheres, suitable for universities, research institutes for experiments.

Features

1.Working temperature RT~1000℃;RT~1200℃.                                                  

2. Intelligent programmable temperature controller, which can edit, store and call multi-segment program without resetting, easy to operate and stable control.

3. Over-temperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowed setting value automatically power off.

4. Safety protection when the furnace body leakage automatic power off.

5. Double-layer furnace shell air-cooled structure, low surface temperature.

6. A controllable temperature zone
