Applications

Glass encapsulation tubular quartz furnace is specially designed for small batch production of materials such as glass and metal encapsulation process, fungible alloy micro-oxidation.

Features

1.Working temperature RT~1000℃.

2.The diameter of furnace tube is 90mm~250mm.

3. The number of temperature zones is 3~6 optional.

4. The number of furnace tube 1~4 optional.

5. Programmable temperature control instrument, intelligent logic PID algorithm, accurate control.

6. High accuracy of imported SSR for the execution element, no noise.

7. Using ceramic fiber FEC heating module, resistance wire embedded around the heating heating rate up to 10 ℃.

8. Over-temperature protection function, when the temperature exceeds the allowable setting value automatically power off.

9. Safety protection when the furnace body leakage automatic power off.

10. Fast cooling quartz cavity air cooling or circulating water cooling according to the process can be selected
